# Change your e-mail for invoice

# Change your e-mail for invoice

Here is a guide showing how to update the email address where we will send your invoices.

1. In the menu on the left: Click on the _Company Settings_ tab. Then click on the _Collection invoice_ tab

|| ☝️The _Company Settings_ tab is only visible to and administered by users with authorization as _Administrator_.

2. Click in the field for _Email for collective invoice_.

3. Replace the existing e-mail address with the one you wish the invoice to be sent to.

4. Click save further down the page.

5. Done! But please keep an eye on your upcoming invoices – it may happen that the change does not affect invoices to be sent within the next few days.
