Chippen och mamma – paketet som försvann: A Children's Book with Heart 💛

We support AjaBajaCancer – with a unique project

During the spring, we did something that would both strengthen our community internally and at the same time make a difference outside Shiplink. We have (all by ourselves and from scratch) created our own children's book in Swedish: Chippen och mamma – Paketet som försvann (Chippen and Mom – The Package That Went Missing).

Of course, the book has a shipping theme! It's about Chippen, who gets to accompany his mother to work as a driver. During the day, they encounter various delivery challenges, and when a package goes missing, Chippen becomes very involved. In addition to an exciting story, the book offers small lessons about how shipping works and gives an insight into the drivers' everyday lives - something that both children and adults with shipping as part of their business, work or everyday life can appreciate. Take note that the book is only published in swedish, not english. 🇸🇪

This project has not only been a fun and varied challenge for our team - it has also given us the opportunity to raise money for AjaBajaCancer, an association that makes everyday life easier for families affected by childhood cancer with financial, psychological and social support.
