# Updates in "Calculate & Book"

###### Shiplink has implemented an update to the Calculate & Book flow. The purpose of the change is to improve the user experience through clearer functions and a more manageable interface - and to make room for more options and shipping services.

Below we have collected guiding images that can help you.

1. **Select goods type and fill in goods details**

3. NEW! New function for you with Freight department
We have added a new function: **"Show all available shipping companies"**. It makes it possible to manually select a carrier - something that is particularly valuable in the event of local deviations or specific requirements. Shiplink continuously evaluates and monitors over **150 shipping services** to be able to recommend the best option for each individual shipment. In some cases, however, it may be necessary to make a manual selection – and it is now easier than ever. The function is available to users with **Freight Department**.
