What is included in the shipping service?

  • Express courier within Stockholm
  • Pickup and delivery take place within a 4-hour window that you choose when booking
  • Pickup and delivery take place between 09:00 and 17:00
  • If the shipment is booked before 08:45, pickup and delivery will take place the same day (between 09:00-17:00)
  • If the shipment is booked after 08:45, pickup and delivery will take place the following day at the earliest (between 09:00-17:00)
  • Delivery to a staffed business address (no drop-off)
  • Fossil-free with courier 🌱


Package goods, dimension and weight restrictions

  • Up to 150 kg in total and max. 25 kg per package
  • Up to 180 cm per package


Pallet goods, dimension and weight restrictions:

  • Up to 750 kg in total and max 400 kg / pallet
  • Pallet dimensions: up to 120x80 cm & height: up to 180 cm


Carrying/carrying assistance IMPORTANT

Carrying assistance or carrying is not included. Sender and recipient must be helpful in connection with pickup and delivery.


Pricing and surcharges IMPORTANT

If the driver is forced to wait longer than 15 minutes during pickup or delivery, "waiting time" will be added. Read more at Post-debiting, additional costs and fees


Pickup

In connection with pickup, the driver will call you as the sender to get ready. In connection with pickup, you will meet up. You as the recipient must meet up with the driver to facilitate pickup. If a call is not needed when the driver and the sender make contact, the driver will not call.


Delivery

When the driver approaches the recipient, the recipient will be contacted by phone. The driver will meet the recipient to hand over and get a signature for the delivery. If a call is not needed when the driver and the recipient make contact, the driver will not call.


Driving and delivery time

Pickup and delivery take place between 9 am and 5 pm, within a 4-hour time window that you choose when booking.
