Change your e-mail for invoice


Here is a guide showing how to update the email address where we will send your invoices.


  1. In the menu on the left: Click on the Company Settings tab. Then click on the Collection invoice tab
☝️The Company Settings tab is only visible to and administered by users with authorization as Administrator.


  1. Click in the field for Email for collective invoice.


  1. Replace the existing e-mail address with the one you wish the invoice to be sent to.


  1. Click save further down the page.


  1. Done! But please keep an eye on your upcoming invoices – it may happen that the change does not affect invoices to be sent within the next few days.
