To change, update or check which email address your invoice is sent to:

In the menu on the left, click Company Settings and then click Collection Invoice.


☝️ Depending on when you change, the change may not go through until later. This may mean that the invoice or reminder is still sent to the previously specified e-mail address. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure, and we will help you with your invoice.

Change or update the email address in the Collection invoice template field and click Save.


Done! You have changed where we will send the invoice.
