Direct debit payment

At Shiplink, you can choose to pay your invoices by direct debit

With direct debit as your payment method, you avoid the administrative work of paying invoices manually. Instead, the invoiced amount is automatically deducted from your account – it couldn't be easier!

In order for us to help you activate direct debit with us, we need the following information

  • Bank name
  • Clearing number
  • Account number

Once direct debit is activated, it will apply to future invoices; it cannot be applied to invoices that have already been sent out.

When you receive an invoice to be paid by direct debit, it will be marked under payment terms Direct debit

To use direct debit as a payment method for your shipments with Shiplink, please contact us and we will help you set up direct debit.

How do I know if I can use direct debit as a payment method? Most banks support direct debit for companies. But the easiest way to find out if your particular bank provides the service is to call their customer service and ask.
