For those who send to businesses registered at a residential address

For those of you shipping to businesses

Several carriers have introduced new terms and conditions that affect shipments to businesses registered at residential addresses. If the recipient is a business but is at a residential address (where someone also lives), the shipment must be booked as a private address. This is to avoid late charges and delays.

Example 1

Individual company at home address

Individual company Anders Andersson has an office at home

→ Book a delivery to private address, enter Anders Andersson as the recipient

Example 2

Company with a staffed office

Anders Andersson works at Storföretag AB, which has an office

→ Book a delivery to company, enter Storföretag AB as the recipient

Example 3

Business on a farm or similar private address

Bondgården AB operates on a farm that is also a residence

→ Book a delivery to private address, enter the person (e.g. the owner) as the recipient

If you book a company delivery to a private address, the driver cannot deliver, which will result in additional fees and delays.
