Shipping labels and consignment note

Here you will find all the information you need to know regarding your consignment note and your shipping labels.

How do I get my shipping labels and consignment note? Your shipping documents are emailed to you quickly and easily via the email address you enter for your order. They are also available online, at your Shiplink account.

Step 1 - Enter your email when you place your order

Once you have calculated the price of your freight and added your options, fill in your address details. At the bottom of the page you will find the category Shipping Documents.

Fill in the email address to which you want your shipping documents sent. You can also choose to add a reference to make it easier to keep track of your orders. The reference will be included on both your shipping documents and your invoice.

Step 2 - Print your shipping documents

When your order is placed, you will receive two e-mails in your inbox, an order copy and your shipping documents. Save your order copy and print out your shipping documents (shipping label + consignment note).

Step 3 - Attach the shipping document to the goods

Make sure your goods are securely and well packaged. Attach the printed shipping label to the goods. If space is tight, you can fold or cut off the description on the right half of the document. However, it is important that the label's barcode and address information are fully visible. If you are shipping more than one goods, it is important that each goods has its own, correctly placed label.

Step 4 - Ask for signature

When your goods are picked up, it is important that you get a signature on your printed consignment note. This is your receipt that the goods have been picked up. This applies even if the carrier says it's not needed. It is very important that they sign the consignment note.

Step 5 - Track your shipping

When your order is picked up, you can easily follow the transport on Shiplink.se! We are constantly updating the freight status of the goods and you can follow its journey to your recipient in real time through the function track shipment.

Step 6 - Save the consignment note

The consignment note with a signature from the driver is your proof that you have done thing correctly - save it until the delivery is made and the consignee has approved that all the content looks good.
