Shipping to a exhibition fair

Important to know when shipping to and from a exhibition fair!

Before booking transport to and from a fair, it's a good idea to make sure you have a good understanding of how it works. Always check with the fair you are attending about the conditions and what applies. Below we have collected the general guidelines.

📌 Shipping goods to the fair
Pick-up and delivery dates are earliest possible dates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur. There is the possibility to drop off the goods yourself.
For deliveries to fairs, it is recommended to book with a delivery note and provide the mobile phone number of a dedicated contact person on site who can receive your particular goods.
Goods to companies are delivered between 07-17. Please check the opening hours with the fair's loading dock before booking any freights.

📌 Collecting goods from the fair
The pick-up date is not guaranteed, check with the fair how long they can keep the goods if the carrier does not manage to pick up the goods on the booked day.
The goods are not collected from the exhibition floor, it must be easily accessible at the loading dock and clearly labelled with our label.
The name of the fair must appear as the sender on the label, and let us know your stand number so we can add it.
For larger shipments (parti), you must book loading assistance at the fair and notify us about this.
Be sure to pack the goods properly! Make sure your goods are well protected for transport, even if you are under time pressure, as this reduces the risk of unpleasant costs. The carrier may refuse to load goods that are poorly packed.
Be prepared for extra charges from the fair if your goods are not collected.
Collection takes place between 07-17.
