For those who ship to the USA

Restrictions on certain goods to the USA 🇺🇸

It is currently not possible to send goods to the USA that are regulated by the FDA, such as food, cosmetic products and medical devices. Shipments that require approval from the FDA before import into the country may be discarded.

The reason is that the previous de minimis rule that made it possible to import goods of low value without full customs clearance has been removed. This has led to more and more extensive customs declarations and increased control from US authorities.

To avoid problems, we recommend that you check that the contents of your shipment do not require FDA permission for import. Goods that are covered may be stopped or, in the worst case, discarded by the carrier, without compensation for the value of the goods or freight. More information about the rules can be found here: www.fda.gov.

⚠️ Do not send goods that may be subject to restrictions. Examples include food, products that have been in contact with food, wood products, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, blood and biological products, animal and veterinary medicine, radiation-emitting products, tobacco products.

Our shipping companies are working on a solution to simplify the process and reduce the risk of delays. They expect improvements within 1–2 weeks.

✋ Among our service offerings, we have temporarily paused the service: Express Export to the USA. For other countries, the Express Export service is still active and available.
