No pickup - drop off goods at terminal


Pickup of goods is included as standard in our shipping services. If you would instead like to drop off the goods yourself, you can use the "No pickup - drop off goods at terminal" option on the shipping services where the option is available.



You can also make a setting that makes the option pre-selected in the booking flow. Then you don't have to select it manually every time you book a shipment.


This is how it works

  • When the option is selected, you must drop off the goods at the terminal (pickup by the shipping company is not booked)
  • The setting only applies to shipping services that support the option.
  • You can always change the selection directly in the booking by checking or unchecking the box.


How to set it as default

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Open the Booking Settings tab
  3. Under the Shipping Services section, choose whether or not the option should be default


When enabled, the option will automatically be selected when booking shipping services that support drop-off instead of pickup.
