Pallet to companies

Pallet to companies is a door-to-door delivery within Sweden. The service refers to the shipping of pallets as well as larger (bulky) packages. From staffed business address to staffed business address on weekdays during office hours. Usually pick-up takes place in the afternoons and deliveries in the mornings.

What is included in the shipping service?
Pick-up between 08-17 from a staffed company adress.
Delivery between 08-17 to staffed company

➕ If a delivery notice and notification is required, it is available as an option at extra cost.

🏋🏻 Individual packages with a weight over 35 kg must be placed on a pallet. In the calculation, weight and dimensions including pallet and packaging are stated. Price is based on weight and volume.

☝️Please note that the service does not include carrying or installation. Delivery takes place to the address specified at the time of booking. Requests to get help with delivery or to drive the pallet to another address are not possible.

What happens if the consignee is not present at the delivery?
Then the transport goes back to the terminal. Delivery barriers may be charged, as well as a notification fee to confirm that the consignee is available and on location at the next delivery.

How should I package my shipment?
Your shipment is handled and sorted at the terminal together with other goods. Add shock-absorbing material based on the nature and fragility of the content. The goods must lie still and the weight must be evenly distributed within the packaging. Feel free to document the packaging with photographs to facilitate the complaint process in the event of damage.

How is my shipment transported?
Your shipment is handled and sorted via at least two terminals. The freight is first picked up by the carrier and driven to the nearest terminal. At the terminal, it is sorted together with other goods that are going to the same area in Sweden and driven to the next terminal. From this terminal it is finally run out to the receiver.

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies, but normally it takes between 1-3 working days from collection. However, some exceptions occur when some locations are not served daily for collection or delivery.
