MAX REAL WEIGHT 20 kg: This shipping service has a strict rule of max 20 kg in real weight. According to work environment laws, staff at the agent may not carry heavier. If packages heavier than 20 kg are booked, it automatically changes shipping service to home delivery and is charged afterwards.

In connection to the submitting of the parcel, it is important to request a receipt or signature for the drop-ff of the parcel. It is the sender's responsibility that the goods are packaged according to what is required. It is good to use the packaging in which the goods were sent if there is any left.

How should I pack my package?
Your package is handled and sorted at the terminal together with other goods. Based on the nature of the content, it is important to add shock-absorbing material depending on how sensitive the content is. The goods must lay still and the weight must be evenly distributed in the package. Feel free to document the packaging to be able to demonstrate how the packaging is made in the event of damage.

How is my package shipped? Your package is handled and sorted via at least two terminals. The freight is picked up by the carrier and driven to the nearest terminal. At the terminal, the package is sorted together with other goods that is going to the same area in Sweden. The package is then packaged in cages together with other goods and driven to the next terminal. From this terminal, the package is finally driven out to the delivery point and will be announced that it is available for collection.
Hur lång är leveranstiden? Leveranstiden varierar men normalt är mellan 1-3 arbetsdagar från upphämtning. Dock förekommer vissa undantag då en del orter inte trafikeras dagligen för upphämtning och/eller leverans.

TIRES ARE FORBIDDEN TO SEND. This service prohibits tires as a type of goods. Regardless of whether it is packaged in plastic or cardboard, this type of package is not approved. This is derived from work environment laws and regulations at the carriers. If tires are sent anyway, your transport will be rebooked to the correct service and the difference will be debited afterwards.
