This is how you integrate Fortnox with Shiplink

How to Integrate Fortnox with Shiplink



Open the Integrate system by clicking on Company settings in the left menu and then on Integrate system.

☝️The Company settings tab is only visible and managed by users with Administrator privileges.

Click on the Fortnox button.


A new smaller window opens.


Add a shortcut/link in the tab: calculate and book. A shortcut is created directly to the import view for your orders.


Set the status that the order should be assigned in Fortnox after booking for shipment in Shiplink.


Set the shipping status that the order should be assigned in Fortnox after booking for shipment in Shiplink.


Import the recipient's email to be able to send tracking emails.


Choose the status that an order in Fortnox must have to be visible in Shiplink.


Choose from which date you want your orders in Fortnox to be downloaded to Shiplink and click "Next".


A new tab opens. Click there on the Connect button. Another new tab opens with Fortnox. Log in to Fortnox with your login credentials.

☝️Here you approve that Shiplink should work together with your Fortnox.

Specify the status that your order should be assigned in Fortnox to be imported into Shiplink.


Specify from which initial order date the orders should be loaded into Shiplink. Then click Continue.


After clicking Next in previous step, then click on Finish. Go to the tab with your Shiplink account and click Save.


Done! ✅ Start importing orders by going to System Integration via the left menu.
