With your personal address book, you do not have to manually enter frequently recurring shipping and receiving addresses.

The majority of a company's freight goes to the same recurring addresses. Therefore, it can quickly become tedious to manually fill in the same destinations in the booking form when, for example, you have to send parcels to the same address several times.

With Shiplink you can counteract this by using the Address Book function. With your very own address book, you can easily and quickly add the recipient/sender addresses you want. When it's time to book your next shipment, you can quickly access them via a scroll menu.

How it works

Log in to your Shiplink account. If you do not yet have an account, this is a great opportunity to register one.

Click on the "Address Book" tab which you will find in the menu on the left.

Once you have landed in the Address Book, click on the "Add new address" tab in the top right corner of the screen to add your first address.

Now it's time to add your first address! Fill in the required information and choose yourself if you want to categorize the address as sender, recipient, favorite or all three! Then save to import your information into the address book.

Ready to use! You will now find the address in your address book, and it can be used for your next booking. Your address book will automatically appear as a scroll list the next time you are logged in and calculate the shipping price!
