Document express is a door-to-door service of documents to and from all over the world. From a manned business address to another manned business address or a residential address.

Documents only Extra important
The consignment may only contain documents. Documents are not taxable and thus no trade invoice or pro forma invoice is needed. All shipments go by air and before loading they are x-rayed to check the content.

Packaging of documents Extra important
Place the documents in a hard cardboard envelope. A standard envelope is not enough to protect the documents all the way from sender to recipient.

No compensation for lost documents Extra important
As documents have no valued value, Shiplink and carriers cannot replace lost documents. Feel free to talk to your insurance company if you wish to insure the shipment.

This shipping service requires that the sender is manned during office hours between 08:00 and 17:00 in order to be picked up. This requires that collection has taken place according to the desired date. No compensation for delayed collection.

How are my documents shipped? Your documents are handled and sorted via at least two terminals. The freight is picked up by a courier and driven to the nearest terminal. At the terminal, the package is sorted together with other goods that are going to the same country. All shipments are sorted in cages and loaded on flights and finally driven to the last terminal. From this terminal, the documents are going out to the recipient.

How long is the delivery time? Delivery time varies but is normally between 1-5 working days from collection. However, there are some exceptions as some locations are not served daily for collection or delivery.

The purpose of this description of the service is to provide a description of how the transport was carried out and what is included. We reserve the right to amend any clerical errors.
