What is a CSV file?


A CSV file (Comma Separated Values) is a specific type of file that can be edited or created in Excel, where all values ​​in the file are separated by commas. Which makes it possible for different systems to understand the data and also import or export the data.

Here we describe each column and what to fill in:

Consigner

Consigner type [required]
Type of sender "company" must be used since pick-up can only be done from a company addresses.

Consigner name [required]
The sender's name, for example "Large company AB", max 35 characters.

Consigner address 1 [required]
Sender - Street address, for example "Middle street 3, loading dock" max 35 characters.

Consigner address 2 [optional for international shipping]
Sender - Street address line 2, max 35 characters. Can only be used for imports outside Sweden, not for domestic shipping.

Consigner post code [required]
Sender - Postal code without spaces. For questions for each country, contact customer service.

Consigner city [required]
Sender - City.

Consigner country code [required]
Sender - Country code. For example Sweden = SE.

Consigner zone code [optional]
Sender - Zone code. For example, state in a country. Florida = FL in the United States. Contact customer service for questions.

Consigner contact [required]
Sender - Contact name, for example "John Doe", max 35 characters.

Consigner phone [required]
Sender - Telephone number, numbers only. Max 15 characters.

Consignee

Consignee type [required]
Recipient, if the goods are to be delivered to a company address or private address.
Use values "individual" or "company".

Consignee name [required]
The recipient's name, for example "Anna Andersson", max 35 characters.

Consignee address 1 [required]
Recipient - Street address, for example “Small street 5, max 35 characters

Consignee address 2 [optional for international shipping]
Recipient - Street address line 2, max 35 characters. Can only be used for freight outside Sweden, not for domestic freight.

Consignee post code [required]
Recipient - Postal code without spaces. For questions for each country, contact customer service.

Consignee city [required]
Recipient - City.

Consignee country code [required]
Recipient - Country code. For example Sweden = SE.

Consignee zone code [optional]
Receiver - Zone code. For example, state in a country. Florida = FL in the United States. Contact customer service for questions.

Consignee contact [required]
Recipient - Contact name, For example "Anna Andersson", max 35 characters.

Consignee phone [required]
Recipient - Telephone number, number only. Max 15 characters.

Notification_value [optional]
Recipient - Value for notification if its needed for that shipment service.
Parcel to Service Point, Within Sweden = value should be a valid email or mobile phone no.
Parcel to Service Point, Within Europe = value should be a valid email.
Parcel with Home delivery, Within Europe = value should be a valid email.

Shipment 1 type [required]
Freight type - Use English for the listed freight types in the file;
Parcel = Parcel
Half pallet = Half_pallet
Helpall = Full_pallet
Pallet = Pallet
Document = Document

Shipment 1 quantity [required]
Always use value 1.

Shipment 1 weight [required]
The real weight of the goods.

Shipment 1 weight class [required]
Weight class kilogram, enter "kg" as value in the column.

Shipment 1 length [required]
The length of the goods in cm.

Shipment 1 width [required]
The width of the goods in cm.

Shipment 1 height [required]
The height of the goods in cm.

Shipment 1 length class [required]
Length class centimeters, enter "cm" as value in the column.

If you have several packages in the same shipment to the same recipient. Copy points 21 through 28. Then enter "Shipment 2 .. etc" instead.

Email shipping docs [required]
Email for shipping documents.

Reference [required]
Reference number that is included when invoicing and searchable when tracking.

Receiver notification email [optional]
Value should be a valid email for using the function Shiplink tracking email, read more
