Shipping that cannot be delivered as planned or booked incorrectly may involve additional costs. Here we have compiled a list of Shiplink's various post-charges and costs, as well as an explanation of what these mean for you as a customer, Shiplink and the carrier.

Cancellation fee parcel/pallet/groupage goods - 29 sek
If you cancel a transport on the same day as it is planned for collection, a fee of 29 sek will be added. This is to cover the administrative work, contact the transport management to cancel collection and delete orders so no invoice is sent out.

Cancellation fee for bulk shipments - 100% of the shipping fee
If you cancel a bulk shipment up to 24 hours before it is booked for pick-up, the entire shipping cost will be charged as a fee. When you make a bulk shipment, a reservation is created in the trailer intended solely for your goods. The goods go with a direct car to the recipient without reloading on the road. A direct car is a transport that is booked when needed and intended for your booked company goods.

Failed pick-up parcel/pallet/groupage goods - Up to 80% of shipping cost
If the goods are not ready for pick-up or if no one is on site at the company where the pick-up is to take place, a fee will be charged at 80% of the shipping cost. NOTE! It may be that the shipment has to be rebooked to get a new pick-up from the sender. The failed pick-up fee covers the driver's journey to the pick-up point and the work during the failed pick-up.

Failed pick-up bulk shipments - Full shipping cost
If the goods are not ready for collection or if no one is on site at the company where the pick-up is to take place, a fee will be charged for the entire shipping cost. NOTE! It may be that the shipment has to be rebooked to get a new pick-up from the sender. The failed pick-up fee covers the driver's journey to the pick-up point and the work during the failed pick-up.

Delivery hindrance parcel - 159 sek
All deliveries to companies take place between 08-17, if the recipient is not present at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery or there are other obstacles to completing the delivery, this fee will be charged. The fee covers the driver's transport costs. NOTE! There may be a cost for changing the transport assignment, warehouse rent and the return if the goods cannot be delivered to the recipient. Also, see notification fee.

Delivery hindrance pallet/groupage goods - 259 sek
All deliveries to companies take place between 08-17, if the recipient is not present at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery or there are other obstacles to completing the delivery, this fee will be charged. The fee covers the driver's transport costs. NOTE! There may be a cost for changing the transport assignment, warehouse rent and the return if the goods cannot be delivered to the recipient. Also, see notification fee.

Delivery hindrance transports to/from Sweden - 438 sek
If the recipient is not present at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery or other obstacles exist to complete the delivery, weekdays between 8-17 this fee will be charged. The fee covers the driver's transport costs. Also, see notification fee

Notification fee to companies - 169 sek
This fee is added if the carrier needs to notify the recipient within delivery. Notification means that the recipient is contacted before delivery where a delivery date and time is decided. This fee may be necessary for companies that are not staffed between 08-17. At the home delivery/delivery point service, this fee is always included. In the event of a delivery hindrance, a notification fee will be added to make an agreement with the recipient when and how they can receive the delivery before a new delivery attempt is made.

Notification fee import and export - 350 sek
Applies to transports to and from Sweden. If for some reason the goods cannot be delivered on the first try, a notification will be sent out, which this fee covers. This service can also be purchased in advance as an option.

Change of address - 389 sek
When a change of address takes place, a fee of 389 sej will be added. The fee covers the administrative work to re-label the goods and to change digital information. The goods are set aside at the terminal, new address labels are printed and put on the goods, before it is sorted out on a car for delivery. For foreign shipments, contact customer service for price as it varies from country to country.

Incorrect address information - 149 sek + change of address fee
The fee is charged when an address is incorrect, e.g. the wrong postcode to the recipient. As all goods are sorted by postcodes and addresses to speed up deliveries, it is important that these are correct. The fee is charged as the goods must be taken aside to be handled manually at the terminal to find the correct address/postcode. NOTE! There may also be a cost for changing the address.

Change of transport assignment- 249 sek
If a shipment needs to be corrected after it has been picked up, e.g. change of delivery point, delivery hindrance or returned to the sender, this fee will be charged. This means that the goods receive a new transport assignment. The fee refers to the administrative work, manual handling at the terminal and any new notification required to the recipient.

Lack of added option for tail lift - 489 sek
For bulk shipping where the tail lift has not been added as an option when booking, 590 sek will be charged. The fee covers the fact that a new truck with a tail lift must go out and pick-up the goods. NOTE! There may also be a hindrance fee because the driver wasn't able to take the goods with him during pick-up or delivery delays if the delivery could not be completed.

Outside product specification - 189 sek
When the dimensions of the goods are extended and exceed the maximum dimensions for the service that is booked, this fee is charged. The fee refers to the administrative work and that the goods must be handled in a different way than booked. NOTE! A new transport cost is charged for the new transport service that needs to be booked because of the exaggerated dimensions, which makes the incorrect booking considered consumed.

Incorrect goods information - The difference
All goods are scooped and weighed when they arrive at the terminal. So it is important that you have entered the correct goods information at the time of booking to avoid extra costs for exaggerated goods. Also, see outside product specification

Defective/Unstable packaging - SEK 179
Sending goods without packaging or with defective packaging entails manual handling of the goods. The goods must be packaged according to contents, e.g. if you send liquid, the packaging must have absorption in case the contents should be damaged. All goods must be sufficiently packaged so as not to damage other goods. Contains must not move in packages so it must be packed with inner packaging. Unstable goods include:
• Rolls / tubes
• Package with uneven bottom
• Package with a high center of gravity
• Packages with protruding or loose parts
• Goods that move inside the packaging


Package that hasn't been collected from/return from delivery point - 69 sek
If the recipient does not pick-up the package at the delivery point after 14 days, the goods will be returned. Then a fee of 69 sek is charged as well as a return cost for the transport. This fee is to cover the manual handling and to re-label the goods at the terminal.

Warehouse rental - According to the price list below
If the recipient has not responded to a notification within 10 days or booked a shipment after the 10 free days intended for delivery, a warehouse rental fee will be charged. The fee covers premises costs, the administrative work and is added per shipment and calendar day from the tenth day after the goods have been announced to the recipient.
The warehouse rental fee is based on the consignment's freight carrying weight, type of consignment and number of days the goods are stored at the terminal.

Feed formula: Starting fee (295 sek) + fee for the weight of the goods x number of days in addition to the 10 initial days.

Price list per freight weight:
Under 249 kg = 99 sek/day
250-499 kg = 146 sek/day
500-749 kg = 198 sek/day
750-999 kg = 265 sek/day
Over 1000 kg = 269 sek/ day (+ 8 sek per 100 kg over 1000 kg)


Post-billing administration - 69 kr
For all forms of post-debit, a fee of 69 sek per invoice will be added, this is to cover the administrative work that arises in a post-debit.

Over 15 min waiting time for shipping service express courier - SEK 49 Updated 2019-10-15
At the occasion that the driver has to wait more than +15 minutes in connection with pick-up or delivery, the client is charged 49 sek + vat and transport costs.
