Cancel a shipment via the portal


Sometimes you need to change something in your shipment. Maybe you want to cancel the shipment completely or add more goods. Here's how to send a cancellation request via the portal.


You can also contact customer service directly via phone, chat or email. Read more about how to contact us and what information you need to provide here.


  1. Go to the My Shipments tab and open the shipment you want to cancel.


☝️ Important to know! This is a cancellation request and no automatic cancellation takes place directly in the portal. Customer service handles cancellation requests weekdays 08:30-16:00 and will get back to you via email if the shipment can be canceled and if any costs are incurred.


  1. Click the "Cancellation Request" button.


  1. Confirm your name, then click "Submit Cancellation Request".


  1. You will receive a confirmation that the request has been sent. Customer Service will contact you via email.


☝️ Remember to remove shipping labels and documents if the driver arrives despite our cancellation - so that the goods are not picked up.
