What is included in the shipping service?
Same day delivery within Malmö
Collection and delivery takes place between 09:00 and 17:00
If the shipment is booked before 09:00, collection and delivery take place on the same day (between 09:00-17:00)
If the shipment is booked after 09:00, collection and delivery will take place the following day at the earliest (between 09:00-17:00)
Delivery to staffed business address or home delivery (no collection)

What applies to pallet goods?
Up to 500 kg / pallet
Max 750 / booking
Up to 120x80x180 cm (incl. pallet) / pallet
Fossil-free with delivery van 🌱

What applies for parcels?
Up to 3 packages / booking
Up to 35 kg in total and a maximum of 25 kg per package
Up to 170x100 cm per package
Fossil-free with delivery van 🌱

☝️Option is available to receive delivery within 2 hours of pickup.

Carrying in/carrying help IMPORTANT
Carrying assistance or carrying in is not included. Sender and recipient must be helpful in connection with collection and delivery.

Pricing and Supplements IMPORTANT
If the driver is forced to wait longer than 15 minutes during pick-up or delivery, "waiting time" is added. Read more at Post-debiting, additional costs and fees

Pickup
In connection with the pickup, the driver will call you as the sender to get ready. In connection with the pick-up, you will meet. You as the recipient must meet the driver to facilitate the pick-up. If a call is not needed when the driver and sender make contact, the driver will not call.

Delivery
When the driver approaches the recipient, the recipient will be contacted by phone. The driver meets the recipient to hand over and get a signature for the delivery. If a call is not needed when the driver and recipient make contact, the driver will not call.

Driving and delivery time
Collection and delivery takes place between 09-17.
