How to integrate Squarespace with Shiplink


By following these steps, you can connect your Squarespace store with Shiplink all by yourself. Just make sure you have upgraded your Shiplink account to Shipping Department, then you can connect quickly!


  1. In the menu on the left: Click on the "Business Settings" tab. A submenu will open, click on "Integrate Systems" and then on the "Squarespace Button".


☝️The Business Settings tab is only visible to users with administrator privileges.


  1. A smaller window will open. Choose whether you want to add a quick link to the Calculate Shipping Price page. Read more about that setting here. Click on the next step and then click on Configure System. A new tab will open.


  1. In this tab you need to approve access, click on "Connect" to go to the next step.


  1. In the next step you need to enter settings for, among other things, which order status in Squarespace is required for an order to be visible in Shiplink. As well as the date and possibly other settings.


  1. Click on "Next". A new page will appear in the same tab, click "Completed".


  1. It is important that you go back to the Shiplink tab and click "Save".
