#What is the difference between the roles of a user?

Here we explain what distinguishes a user with the Administrator authority from a user with the User authority.


A user with the Administrator privilege can see the Company Settings feature.

Under that tab are the following pages:
Integrate system: Here you set up and change settings for system integration.
Users: Here you can add new users, deactivate or activate users, and update information such as name, phone number, e-mail, password and what authorization a user should have.
Collection invoice: Here you can apply for credit and update the email address where invoices from Shiplink are to be sent.
Unique tracking page: Here you can activate or deactivate and change the appearance of the unique tracking page.
Unique tracking email: Here you can activate or deactivate and change the appearance of the unique tracking email.



A user with the authorization User does not see these pages. And can't change anything under those pages.
