How to integrate Abicart with Shiplink

By following these steps, you can connect your Abicart store with Shiplink yourself. Just make sure you have upgraded your Shiplink account to Freight Department, then you can connect quickly!

1. In the menu on the left: Click on the "Company Settings" tab. A submenu will open, click on "Integrate systems" and then on the "Abicart button".

2. A smaller window will open. Choose whether you want to add a quick link to the Calculate shipping price page. Read more about that setting here.

3. Choose whether you want to import the recipient's email address. This is to be able to send a tracking email to the recipient via Shiplink's system.

4. Choose how the recipient should be notified by the carrier, via SMS or email. This only applies to services that require notification, such as packages to a delivery point.

5. Click on the next step and then click on Configure System. A new tab will open.

6. You will need to enter your Abicart store's unique ID number. You can find your ID at the top left of Abicart.

7. Paste your access token. You can find and create it under Settings / External connections in Abicart. Then click "Connect" to get to the next step.

8. Select which order status in Abicart is required to be visible in Shiplink.

9. Select the date from which you want your Abicart orders to start appearing in Shiplink.

10. Click "Next". A new page will appear in the same tab, click "Done".

11. It is important that you go back to the Shiplink tab and click "Save".
