Business Parcel is a door-to-door transport within Sweden. It involves collecting from one staffed business address and delivering to another staffed business address without notification during pickup or delivery.

How should I package my parcel?
Your parcel is handled and sorted at terminals along with other goods. It is important to add shock-absorbing materials based on the contents' fragility. The content should remain stationary, and the weight should be evenly distributed within the package. It's advisable to document the packaging to demonstrate the method used in case of damage.

How is my package shipped?
Your package is handled and sorted through at least two terminals. The shipment is picked up by the carrier and taken to the nearest terminal. At the terminal, the package is sorted along with other goods destined for the same area in Sweden. The package is then packaged into crates along with other goods and transported to the next terminal. Afterward, the goods are delivered to staffed businesses between 08:00 and 17:00.

How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time varies, but typically ranges between 1-3 business days from pickup. However, some exceptions may occur, as certain locations are not serviced daily for pickup or delivery.

This freight service requires the recipient to be available during office hours between 08:00 to 17:00 to receive the delivery. If the recipient is not available, optional notification or delivery instructions should be chosen based on the recipient's preferences. In case of a failed delivery, additional fees may apply for extra delivery attempts.
